  I would have loved to rate this place higher however the wait was outrageously long. It was an wait due to the place being completely packed with minimal staff.
  The drinks were honestly the best part of this place on top of the location in beautiful Manitu Springs.

  Fresh and flavorful! Not typical of your average
  Mexican restaurant. We usually get an entre without the rice and beans, but not here, even that side dish was flavorful. Portions were smaller than the usual 4 lb. plate seen in so many restaurants, but we prefer quality over quantity.

  I liked the staff and food. One of the waitresses brought a beer to our table at the courtesy of another patron, for my dad who is a Vietnam Veteran.
  This restaurant respects the military and their families. I only wish I could leave a voice audio review.
