  I read other reviews on Google and they were spot on. Our waitress, Casey, was smiling and super friendly first thing in the morning. The eggs Benedict and seafood omelette were both cooked perfectly as well. We were even offered a cup of coffee to go as we left, definitely eating here again.

  The staff at this patriotic joint were incredibly happy. This I must give them a giant congratulations. I was unsure if they all were about to get married or they were simply excited to be Americans under the new presidency. Either way I'm glad for them.
  The food there was almost as good as how my mother cooks, which was one of the many reasons I left home prematurely. Around $10 for a 3 egg omelette, which was not horrid, but not worth $10.
  A great place to celebrate capitalism and tourism. Props to you Uncle Sam.

  We return whenever we visit! Why! Cuz Uncle Sam's is unbelievably terrific! The portions are HUGE, the food hits the spot, all the traditional breakfast AND lunch stuff that will make Papa happy and the kids happy! Best of all: the STAFF!! They are, every time, the sweetest, kindest, most friendly, efficient, on-top-of-things wait staff EVER!!!!

  TLDR; Small and crowded, good food, good price.
  It's a small place and was very crowded when I went, but late on a Sunday morning I wasn't surprised. The service here was quick and friendly, but on a busy day they were visibly impatient and rushing around. I just ordered 2 large pancakes and received exactly that: two very large cakes. The coffee was nice and strong. All together, no complaints. The price was acceptable and the food was satisfying.

  Me and my wife both got the breakfast sandwich, she had sausage, and I bacon. I got lots of bacon on it, but it said it was served on a biscuit. Me and my wife think they were English muffins. We both got hone-style fries. I guess they are different here, because we both got potato cubes. Overall great service and great food.
